These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Pickle & Paddle website and participation in our club activities.

Club participation

Pickle & Paddle activities are designed to be welcoming and community-minded. Members and guests are expected to treat one another, facilities, and organizers with respect. We may decline or end participation when conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with that expectation.

Events and safety

Participation in pickleball and related activities is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate, following venue rules, using appropriate equipment, and stopping if you feel unwell or unsafe.

Schedules and availability

Event dates, times, locations, capacity, and formats may change or be cancelled. We will make a reasonable effort to communicate material changes through the contact methods you have provided, but cannot guarantee every event or communication will be available or uninterrupted.

Text message communications

By checking the SMS consent box when you join, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Pickle & Paddle about club events, schedule updates, and member news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or membership. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Website content

The website and its content are provided for general club information. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reproduce, modify, or misuse our content, branding, or member materials without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the club grows. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. Your continued use of the website or participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
